Jakarta is a well-known city in the world, but the main thing it used to be remembered in the news was different kinds of protestors and demonstrations, but not places of interest and tourist facilities. But times and things change. The same happened to the city.
Many travelers either start or finish their trip by Jakarta though night-life in city is the one of the most interesting and exciting in the world.
The city itself cannot boast to have lots of places of interest but it is a lively commercial centre.

When in Jakarta you will have a chance to watch Sunda Kelapa, the old harbour from which merchantmen from all over the world come and go; Anak Krakatoa and the night-time southern sky which are not easy to forget.
Indonesia is a country with a wonderful mixture of beauty and chaos, beautiful nature and friendly and easy-going people.
